Every person I directly encountered was nice. My complaint is having to wait 2hr and 15min FOR A TIRE ROTATION ONLY just to keep my warranty up to date! What was the point of making an 11am appointment? We have traded with Tuscaloosa Toyota since 2021. The service department hasn’t been great since the beginning. This is definitely not my first bad experience either. I felt my wife has been tried to upcharge before she is female. When I called service manager, he told me to come next time and see his multi-million,state of art drive thru diagnostics machine. How ironic that is was down next time we went in. I’m not mad, but I do hope this “comment” actually helps the service at Tuscaloosa Toyota.
Bad social skills (not greeting you, continued typing on the computer instead of listening and making eye contact). Didn’t listen to what I asked for resulting in a 2 services not being done that i wanted done). I’d like to use someone else next time. If Steve Woods or Chuck is an option that’d be great, but they may have moved up the chain of command by now.

Ryan is great, but I do not understand why my appointment was at 9:30, and my oil change wasn’t finished until 11:30. That’s two hours for an oil change.
My appointment was at 12:30 to do a simple 5000 mile service. It was 2:15 before they finished. Pleased with the work and people but not pleased with the time
It took along time. Even with an Appointment.
Yes 2 nails were found. 1 tire replaced under Warranty. Thats wouldn't take much time as the tires were on a scheduled Rotation. The other 1 tire was patched. Thatvtook a long time.
So my Appointment for a tire rotation & Ool Change took honestly, a long time. Even with 1 tire being patched. 3 hours. That wasn't good.
Chad and all the staff at Tusc Toyato are always so helpful, dependable, knowledgeable,and polite. Way to go TEAM!!
