While I appreciate him getting my hatch struts replaced, I would have liked to be informed what was going on with my Highlander. When I first arrived and told him I was there for my service and that I was also having problems with my hatch closing. Of course, it did not do anything wrong when he tried it so I showed him a video I had of it not closing properly. He informed me since I was waiting on my car there was nothing that could be done. About an hour and a half later, I received the text with the report of the service on my Highlander and it said I, in person, approved all the additional recommended work. I had not, I went to the service counter and showed them the report. A very nice lady walked me over to Chuck and expressed my concern. He looked it up and said he approved the struts since they were still under warranty. I said great but I didn’t approve the other work and he said oh, ok. I just would have liked to be more informed about what was going on, like I have always been with other people I have used at Tuscaloosa Toyota.

I had to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I think that is way to long.
