This was first time at Tuscaloosa Toyota in years..I would have been more satisfied simply if communication was better. When I came in the door no one greeted me or pointed me to the waiting area, as I came in looking completely lost not knowing who to ask myself, and no one checked my battery because 'they didn't want to move my things'.? I didn't like that at all. I didn't even know the battery was in the trunk. I'll be prepared next time. But it would have been nice if the effort had been made to let me know what needed to be done beforehand, so I can enjoy full access to this service.
