I came for my first service and brake work recall- I had asked twice if they could do everything today and was answered both times yes but after the service was completed I was informed that the brake parts would have to be ordered- considered I live about 1 1/3 hours away that was a problem- the technician was extremely nice as always- never ever had a bad experience in the last 12 years- if I had been told that the parts had to be ordered I could have changed my appointment date- but still love Tuscaloosa Toyota!
When I arrived, the valet said he would let an advisor know I was there. I watched him go to 4 different advisors, and one finally came out 30 minutes later. I feel that was unacceptable and unprofessional.
Did not feel the work was done adequately. Two issues still look to persist and technician was not very helpful.

We were hoping to have the vehicle fixed and returned by now. It's frustrating that we don't know yet what caused the problem and what it will take to fix it. We hope to have communication at a higher level of Toyota to help us out.
Will was excellent. He explained the recommended services when I had questions and he was very patient and polite.
Ryan Engleman is a brilliant service manager and cares for his customers. I had a headlight out, I was in and out in seven minutes. Ryan replaced the bulb himself.

Guys minivan 2023 want me to buy it after three months the air condition they stopped in Oka working every two week three week I see stop last week. I going to Birmingham it was hot day I’m driving in the highway. Air condition is not working. I open the windows that’s **** up. You’ll have to help me with the air condition if they’re not change my minivan or help me please
