TJ and the tech very quickly helped me trace the root of my vibration to the Tires.
I've always requested TJ specifically because of this and will continue to use him every time I come in. Which is a regular thing for me as I am a traveling contract Miner so I put alot of miles on vehicles.
3.5 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. Ridiculous. Terrible experience, I will not be back.

Ryan was exceptional on keeping me informed about everything. He was very professional and nice and I could not have asked for any better service than what I received today.
I was 30 minutes before my appointment and I was the last customer to leave. I was there for 2 unnecessary hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. There were cars waited on in the line after me yet your technicians went to their cars before me.
I wish they would have changed the oil and rotated the tires on the same appointment .
