3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation is crazy. Also, if it took longer to do a multi-point inspection I am never given the results for that anymore. Quality of service has went way down over the years here.

Will was very nice and my disappointment was nothing to do with him . The problem was it took 2 hours and 15 mins to rotate my tires !!! Y’all called me on Wednesday and asked me if I would like to make appointment . It looked like yall were way overbooked !! I was happy with everything except the length it took . Hopefully it will not be that way next time . Thank you Bonita H
