Initially it was just average. The opened my door. Didn't say anything, not excuse me or I'm about to get some numbers from my vehicle. When purchasing my truck back in October, Alan assured me that the service department had changed. The verdict is still out. I in the recent past had decided that Serra would perform my service.
Chad , as always, met me at my vehicle, let me know what services were to be performed and a timeline. He kept me posted during my wait, explained in detail what was done and escorted me to my vehicle.
