I had an appointment & all you did was rotate tires. It took TWO hours!!!!
Was charged for a part I already paid for had to get refund. And the hood latch assembly wasn’t fully functional when I tested it and they had to repair it after it was paid for.

Jeremy was great and always has been. However,one of your service people who worked on it last time left something unplugged on the AC system that caused the problem and I had to travel over 100 miles this morning to bring my car in to you to fix. The AC had been working improperly for over a month because of the oversight.

My appointment was with Chad but he couldn’t be found. someone else had to check me in. When service was complete, I am usually walked to my car to make sure my car was ready to go. I was told where my car was and walked halfway. When I opened my car door, I had to remove the plastic seat covering, floor paper mat, and windshield tag and walk it across to the trash. No the service Toyota usually gives.
Ryan went above and beyond. Honestly the best service we have ever been given. This humble and kind soul is an expert mechanic. He know what my vehicle needs and will shoot straight. He has integrity leading g me to feel high trust in him. He's spectacular. This man needs a nice raise too!
