Over two hours for a 10,000 mile checkup is too long. If you need to hire more technicians hire them. Steve Woods did a great job.

Initially it was just average. The opened my door. Didn't say anything, not excuse me or I'm about to get some numbers from my vehicle. When purchasing my truck back in October, Alan assured me that the service department had changed. The verdict is still out. I in the recent past had decided that Serra would perform my service.
