Service to rotate tires and change oil was satisfactory; however, the wait was 3 hours long. I checked in 30 minutes early and left 3 hours later. If over booking, this needs to be addressed. I was told there was an issue when checking in and I understand that but long waiting times has happened more than once to us. We have (3) 4Runners that were purchased and are serviced here.

11am appointment for oil change. Left facility approximately 2pm. I believe service was done in a timely manner after my RAV4 was pulled into service center.
Minor thing but they did not reset the oil change warning.
It was really busy when I arrived but David came and took information and got all the information and I ate my lunch,a little over an hour later it was completed and I was on my way,Thank You.David has great energy.
