Chuck did an amazing job, I really appreciate the effort he put in to making sure the vehicle that I trust with my the safety of my wife & kids was taken care of to the fullest extent. I have never had a preferred Service Rep, I just took whoever was avaliable, I will now schedule work through Chuck and Chuck only.

It took 4 hours to get service done that should have been an hour or less…getting a key made. My appointment was at 7am so your team wasn’t already over loaded. This is why I choose to avoid Tuscaloosa Toyota every chance I get.
