From the moment I drove in the service dept, I was greeted friendly, explained the maintenance process that would be preformed on my car. I sat in the nice visitor area until I received the tx saying my car was done. Chad explained what was done and how everything looked on my car. Walked me to my car made sure all the setting were put back like I had them, which they were. I was on my way. Chad is always very professional, makes sure you understand everything done to your vehicle and if you have any questions. Chad is so easy to work with from making the appointment, until he delivers your car back to you. Working with Tuscaloosa Toyota is always very nice! Thank you to the whole team!!!!
