Took my car in for 5k miles maintenance and my back window being off track. Had to call to find out my vehicle was ready, when I got there my window wasn’t fixed. Was told they couldn’t replicate the problem but as soon as it was let down it produced the same problem which my service advisor saw and heard. At least pretend to care that the issue wasn’t even looked at. I’m doubting whether the inspection was even completed correctly atp. I will definitely be taking my car to Hoover from now on.
WILL NOT USE STEVE AGAIN ..BAD EXPERIENCE WAIT AN HR AND HALF FOR JUST OIL CHANGE WHEN I HAD APP .AT 9 AM ..When ask how much longer it would take he tell at least 4 more on his computor besides what shows up on others ...When i told him i couldnt wait any longer very uncaring ask why U g

Chad was awesome! I’ve never received such quick service at a dealership before! He was very courteous & friendly. He explained the process in detail. I made 2 stops after I dropped my car off & before I had gotten out of Tuscaloosa he texted me with report on my car! I truly appreciate his professional and friendly manner!
