I had an appointment for a simple tire rotation. I was still waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes. The wait was too long for that service especially since I had an appointment. That’s the only reason I wasn’t satisfied with the service today. Orally y’all are

Will is great to work with and kept me updated the entire time. My brakes that needed to be replaced weren’t actually in stock so I’m having to go back. He let me know this very quickly and scheduled me another appointment for whenever worked best for me. I plan on working with Will in the future.
