My truck went in and was diagnosed with a camera problem covered under warranty. Camera was not in stock and I would be contacted when it came in. A week and a half later I called back because I was not contacted only to discover the part had not been ordered. I spoke with service department and they ordered it. I rescheduled service and came in on a Saturday only to be told they have the wrong part. Aggravating!!!
