I am a night shift worker. That is why I made my appointment for 7 am. I even showed up at 6:30 to be sure I was at the front of the line. I live over an hour away. I was there for 3 hours before my car even began to be worked on, when the assessment video was sent. My representative in side was nice, but I feel this could have been handled better. He mentioned giving me a discount for my time, but nothing was removed from my over $800 bill today. Good work takes time, but this was excessive.
Chad was the professional he always is and took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle. I have enjoyed having him as my service manager.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Starting with the Technician that checked my car in (sorry I forgot his name). He was very warm & welcoming. He also took the time to ask me specific questions about additional problems I was having with the car.
Next was Mr. TJ Cole. Very professional. I had questions about my service recommendations & he took the time to explain each individual issue, which greatly helped me to decide on what recommendations to approve.
Finally, the lady that checked me out & processed my payment was very nice & accommodating. Overall, a really great experience!
TJ was great. He kept me updated throughout the service process.
