I am a night shift worker. That is why I made my appointment for 7 am. I even showed up at 6:30 to be sure I was at the front of the line. I live over an hour away. I was there for 3 hours before my car even began to be worked on, when the assessment video was sent. My representative in side was nice, but I feel this could have been handled better. He mentioned giving me a discount for my time, but nothing was removed from my over $800 bill today. Good work takes time, but this was excessive.
