I left a long response today detailing why I am so happy that I am a Toyota/Lexus customer. I will be 69 in a little more than a weeks and I do not plan to purchase any other brand of vehicles. Steve Woods is a great customer service guy. And Tuscaloosa Toyota is my preferred service center.
It took too long, but apparently there was a problem with a printer that caused delays. TJ is excellent and always courteous and professional.
We’ve been customers for about 15 years. We have bought a Camry, a Sienna, 2 Highlanders and a Tacoma. We have used the service department for maintenance to purchasing tires and batteries. We have been satisfied with our experiences UNTIL today. Our regular service advisor Jeremy Beck has spoiled us. Always always being professional and making us feel more like family than customers. He was off today. First all the person that met us at our car just got in the car took off. From that point on it went south. It took 1.5 hours to just get tires rotated. and we literally had to hunt people to get paperwork to checkout. The cashier and a supervisor were very nice and apologetic. We are not saying we won’t come back, but we did leave very disappointed.
