I'm always satisfied with Steve. We have been together through his grandchildren. He calls me, Ms Carolyn. I've been bringing mine and my ex-husband vehicle there since 2010. Therefore; some one has to be doing something right. My ex-husband vehicle is a 2010 Toyota Thundra, we bought it in Mississippi, but I brought it to you all for routine maintenance. Brought car in because of malfunction of tire pressure system. This morning got the same message regarding the malfunction. Cannot say 100% dissatisfied with because was advised reprogramming of all 4 sensors was done in hopes of fixing. Also instructed to return if problem continued. A little disappointed....not completely unsatisfied with cause don't think they really knew what problem was.
David did an excellent job answering all of my questions and keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

I have been asking about the paint issue on the driver's side sine the vehicle had 15k on it. I just had my 65k service. There has been plenty of time to get the arrangements to fix this, but have been forgot until next time I ask about it.
