I brought my truck in because the HVAC was not cooling correctly. I had to run the temperature down to 69 to get the temperature close to being comfortable. When I took it in to get checked the service writer just told me it’s fine because it has 52° coming out of it and it should be OK. I again explained the issue and that HVAC takes two things, the air temperature coming in and the amount of air coming in. They took it back and after a while told me everything was OK and I left. It is still not cooling correctly. I’m not happy at all about the knowledge of the service writer Because he knows very little about this type of thing. And I told him I expected the service people at a dealership to be knowledgeable and professional enough to know and understand what could be the potential problem and not just tell me that the air coming in is fine so you’re OK when I know I’m not OK. The truck is still under warranty, but I may have to go somewhere else to find someone knowledgeable enough to fix the problem. This is ridiculous, especially since I own a Toyota, which should be a lot better off dependability wise. I know things can go wrong even from a company’s vehicles that have a good record.

Steve Woods took great care of me today! However, I was very disappointed with how my brand new tires looked. The treads were great but they appeared like they were used. They had white streaks running down each tire as well as what looked like brown mud or dirt stains on them. Not at all what I was expecting after paying over 1000 dollars!!
