This was the first time I had dealt with David and he done a great job. He was easily reachable if I had questions and was prompt with contacting me and kept me up to date on what was going on. From this first time interaction with David I would say that he is an asset to the Tuscaloosa Toyota service team. Paul has always been great to work with. Customer service like these 2 have provided are why we keep returning.
