He was taking care of my vehicle and provide all information relsted with it
This was the worse experience I’ve experienced at Tuscaloosa Toyota. The service man who was helping us was too busy playing on his phone and trying to up sell things to us instead of helping us out. He ever had the nerve to ask me if I “understood the review that was sent or did he need to explain it to me in a way I’d understand”. He was rude and seemed to be more interested in his phone than doing his job. We ever seen him getting into another customers vehicle while playing on his phone. We will not be using his services again. I’d prefer the other gentleman that has been helping us.
The Greatest service department - Ryan was knowledgeable and had my best interest for this service appointment. Very happy with the results!

Jeremy was so very helpful to me while I was at Tuscaloosa Toyota. He explained everything to me about my car and the care of it. Michael Baltins, who sold me my Toyota, also stopped to chat. It was such a pleasant visit all in all. I live in Marengo County, but I intend to continue using the service department for my cars’ maintenance.
