Friday when on my way to work in Birmingham, mile from home I noticed my tire pressure was 28, turned around went home for my husband to check it.(second time it had done this) He checked it with soapy water, We saw it bubble up where the leak was.
The Multipoint video is very poor and not detailed compared with the previous experiences.

As you can see I have a long history of service with Tuscaloosa Toyota and this was my first bad experience. The technician was fine but service advisor was terrible. He was not friendly, no personality, and made me feel like he was busy and did not want to be bothered. I felt like he overcharged me for the service I received. I left with that bad feeling of being ripped off. I usually don’t complain because I am a risk manager for a hospital and have to deal with complaints but this was just a bad experience that management needed to hear about.

being honest. He sent me a text on What the results were on my
vehicle but I couldn’t pull it up on my cell phone. So I was waiting for him to come and explain it to me. But they did call me over the intercom.

Takes too long. I have been a customer since 2012 exclusively at your dealership. It has ALWAYS taken to long. Dread is the word that comes to mind every 6 months for the past 13 years when have to come in for service. Fyi, I am not alone with this sentiment.
