Chad was awesome in helping me with my extended warranty. My first repair didn’t go so well as after couple days my car quit on me driving down the road. Chad got me a tow and hopefully it is fixed now.

I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday of last week for April 28th to have a tire installed on my vehicle. I showed up for my appointment and was checked in then had a seat in the waiting area. Waited maybe 20 minutes then was notified that my tire was not available and they wasn’t able to order it. So I left disappointed and had to find the tire somewhere else.

After picking up my vehicle, it smells strongly of cleaning chemicals or some type of solvent. It did not smell this way even I dropped it off.

Appreciated the updates on progress and the service was completed several hours before the original estimate. There was paperwork in the car about the tires that I did not understand which would have been nice to have had explained. My husband may know what it is. Check out was efficient and quick. Thanks.

I was initially given an estimate of a 2-3 hour wait time for my service, but it was almost 6 hours before my car was ready. Chad was apologetic. However the experience was inconvenient and frustrating, which makes me hesitant to schedule future service appts.

I appreciate the vehicle repairs in a timely fashion. My Service Advisor did a great job communicating to me work needed. I also thank Jeremey Beck who I requested and was off that day but took care of making sure we had an appointment.
