I am very pleased with Ryan however I’m not pleased when my cars are coming in the shop and I’m switched to other Service advisors .I amnot knocking them but I have established a relationship with trust with Ryan and I don’t want to be switched to another service advisor

Checking in took entirely took entirely too long. Guys sitting, walking around chatting with each other while I stood outside waiting to be checked in. Unnecessary.

Wish road hazard warranty would have been explained better during the purchase of the tires. Paid for a warranty that was never used but once. Now I'm being told the warranty has expired. Tires probably have 1.5 years of thread left.
