I was very pleased with how he answered my questions and handled the process for my vehicle service. He seemed very knowledgeable about how things should work and walked me through step with patience and professionalism!
Last oil change teck forgot to reset oil change reminder came on about 300 miles after service. This oil change mileage on invoice off and Ri minder on sticker off about 5000 miles. It’s becoming very annoying.

After finishing my Noone came to say my car was ready, my appointment was at 2:00 for an tire rotation, I didn't leave out until around 3:30, I went to the receptionist desk to check on my car the answer I got is your paperwork just came through the printer, when I saw my car being pulled arounded 30min ago, usually the tech will walk you to your car none of that happen today
