Chad , Always is very good to work with !
Ryan did a great job. But whether I arrive early, on time, or late, I end up sitting in my car for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone comes to help. Why does it always take so long?
Seemed to be a disconnect between the shop and service writers. After 2 hours, I received a text of the intended service plus another 4 “recommended”. The service guy called me to his post to review the recommendations to be done. Looked into the bay and my truck was already out and first in line to go. Although 2 hours was too long and I didn’t want to wait any longer, it was clear communication was problematic.
I’m always satisfied with my service at Tuscaloosa Toyota.!
Had an apt at 3:30 due tire rotation, had an appt with TJ Cole again hoping this time my experience would be better and faster. Wrong He was not at his desk. Another person checked me in at 5:00 I got up hunted the person that checked me in to get my vehicle and check me out. As I’m signing out TJ shows up and says I’ll take care of it his I said no I’m already checked out. He said ya we been busy today I said yes and I had an appointment. Took 2 hours for a tire rotation next time I’ll use Ryan Engleman who took care of me when TJ couldn’t be found.

Chad was great as usual.Someone left a huge smear of oil on the inside drivers side door panel.I was able to clean it up. Again Chad Watson was very professional and I was satisfied with my service appointment.

I always ask for Jeremy because he explains everything to me about my car so it’s understandable. He never pushes me for repairs that’s needed if I can’t do it at the of service, and that really matters to me. (If he was pushy I would leave). Jeremy is kind, considerate and passionate about helping people. If you want the best care use Jeremy!
Mr. Davis had a smart slick mouth while checking me in. I was telling him to give me the service that was next up on my service tracker,rather it was oil change and rotate ties or simply rotate tires. He tells me it’s up to the customer with a slick tone and mannerism. Once I told him he has a smart mouth, he started trying to hear what I was saying. I will Never allow Mr.Davis to check me in or anything else concerning Tuscaloosa Toyota.
