After completion and vehicle ready in bay still has to wait 35 minutes to pay and leave.
Service advisor was not professional. Did not take my vehicle issue as important. Once the technician had completed the work (which was a very good repair) the vehicle was brought out to staging area after fixing it I stood at the service door waiting. When I approached the service advisor, he asked me what do you need. I told him I’d like my truck. Your paperwork is over at the checkout counter.

I have purchased numerous vehicles from Tuscaloosa Toyota and have never been treated so poorly and I am disappointed that the service advisor was not attentive to my repair issue.

Took 2.5 hours to balance two tires to correct problems following my 15k service at this dealer and I was charged $35. Was not notified of the delays. Service manager Chuck who had to step in was very helpful, apologetic, and friendly, but service advisor TJ was largely absent and uncommunicative.
Chuck always does a great job. He has taken care of my family for years.
Service took way too long.
Chuck did his best to get the service done and contacted the shop at least three times to try to get them to communicate with him.He finally had to involve Mr. Hardin to get the shop to service my truck.
My truck went into the shop and they checked it in at 1015 am.
It was after 3 pm before it was finished . All that was done to it was normal inspections (I Hope) and an oil change and tire rotation.The mechanic who drove it back to the main building got oil or grease on my drivers door interior when he propped his arm on the rolled down window area of the door.
Chuck has always done his best to get my services done and throughout the ten vehicles we have purchased and owned from Tuscaloosa Toyota, we have been very happy with him guiding us through the processes.
Will Averett provided outstanding service during our visit. He was attentive to all our needs and very informative throughout the entire assessment and appointment. This was our first visit to the dealership since recently moving from out of state, and we were very impressed with his professionalism, hospitality, and attentiveness.
This time I asked questions and Tj answered them and I was happy.

There was no need in me having to wait 2 hours just to have my tires rotated!That was absolutely ridiculous! My husband has Cancer and I had to leave him alone sick! Wasn’t expecting this wait time plus I have a 35 minute drive time one way! Tuscaloosa Toyota your service department needs help!
