The radio in my 2025 Grand Highlander would not come on last pm. I know there have been issues with 2025 models console software and a recall is starting. We could do nothing about it today pending Toyota’s plan for the recall. Radio is currently working for now.

Tuscaloosa Toyota is a well maintained, modern facility. Always met with a sincere welcome. Kept informed of my vehicles progress and made me aware of potential problems that may need addressed. Billing was very informative as to any charges. Marquez Davis, who welcomed and handled my visit today very professionally. After explaining the billing to me Mr Davis walked me to my car. Thanked me again for choosing Tuscaloosa Toyota to be of service to me vehicles needs.

I am satisfied. Everyone is always very nice and helpful. One small something that would have made it even better….when I got in my car to leave, the tire pressure light was still on. It was on when I got there as well. I got out of the car and an extremely helpful young man had me pull around to the express building. He put air in my tires and the light went off. It was easily handled but it seems like they wouldn’t return my car to me with a light on.
