The only one thing and didn't have anything to do with the service work it had to do with some one got (looks like black grease) smeared on passenger side seat.

Jeremy knows the business extremely well and is obviously an asset to Tuscaloosa Toyota and to their customers he interacts with. As a former Quality Improvement Director for the AL Dept of MH I certainly recognize those that thrive to excel in their job. I could certainly see Jeremy in leadership role if he wanted such an opportunity.

I was extremely impressed with T J Cole and the entire staff at Tuscaloosa Toyota today. Just a friendly note Tuscaloosa Toyota has a wonderful tire sale this month. I think if your vehicle needs new tires please contact the service department now. Job well done..
