Lauren (?) and the technician were very friendly and helpful for the service, even though my concern about noise was not resolved.
Very effective at dealing with my issue, communicated clearly, and was attentive to addressing my needs before I even had time to ask. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you to both Larry and Mike! I almost look forward to having my vehicle serviced now.

Valet service is amazing! This last time, the seat memory was reset, the drivers seat almost flat, the lumbar support at full, and the seat back switch functioning poorly. Glad it is coming back next week.

Lawrence was extremely responsive, nothing I've ever experienced by your branch before along with being very direct and informative. Also, the service completed was actually fixed this time around so far. All was great, with the exception there was blk hang mark on my tan interior liner,looks like dirty hands everywhere.
I used the valet service for my GV70. The car was picked up but no loaner was left with me. I called your service center and a loaner was delivered to me for the day. So the lack of loaner was never mentioned to me and I needed a car, and at least you sent a loaner once I specifically requested a loaner.
My car was returned and it was missing two valve stem caps. I assume the tech forgot to replace the caps when he/she checked and adjusted the air pressure.
I called to point this out and was told I could stop by to pick them up. I said the drive from Belmont to San Bruno for two valve stem caps is unreasonable and asked that they be dropped in the mail to me. I was told "no problem" and then I waited 1.5 weeks with no caps received. I called again and was given Lawrence Lee's direct line and email address. I emailed, and got no response. I called and have not received a response. He's had two full business days to respond to my email first email (I sent a follow up email this morning) and 2 business days to return my call, to no avail.
I don't like giving bad reviews, but the lack of response to correct an easily correctable oversight by your service side is something that should be brought to your attention.
Lawrence did a great job. He was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly.
