I received no estimate, no work plan, no loaner, no information about timeline, often no response to my inquiries, and you performed unrequested service that has left me with only a single working key fob. This was a disaster of a service experience.

❤️❤️❤️ our GV60! However very very upset about having to drive 1.5 or 2 hours to get to service! It takes an entire day. We have no mobile service in the Santa Rosa area nor a service center any more. I truly hope a dealership will be set up soon in our area. Compensation of another 2 years of electrify America would sooth this irritation. Thx for your attention to this feedback.

I drove over 3.5 hours to Genesis of San Bruno for service, and Lawerence Lee was the reason the trip was worth it. He handled everything in a calm, respectful way, which really matters when you’re dealing with something stressful and time-sensitive. It’s refreshing to work with someone who actually listens. If you’re bringing your Genesis in for service, Lawerence is someone you can trust to handle it the right way.

It was the first maintenance service for my car and my first time utilizing the valet service. Pick up was slightly delayed and there was no driver available when the service has been completed. I asked for a Lyft ride and picked it up myself. It was kind of unexpected, but I understand things happen. The most important thing was the work was done and it came back clean after their complimentary care wash. Thank you!

All aspects were exemplary EXCEPT that Genesis clearly states that with valet service “You’ll also receive a loaner vehicle and select when and where … all at your convenience”. I don’t see a way to attach this doc to this text but this policy was also clearly told us by Sayeed at the time of purchase. Fortunately I didn’t have any critical appointments on the day of service and I appreciate the quick turnaround, but was still disappointing that no loaner was provided.

No communication or update from the genesis team. No one calls you back, have to call the sales team and have them transfer you through their back line.

My car was picked up for service on 12/17. When it reached the service center Lawrence called to confirm the car was there and he wanted to know what problems we had been having with the charging. At 2:30pm he called back to say they had not found anything wrong and that we should keep an eye on the charging and if problems persist we should schedule another service appointment in the future. At this point I assumed Lawrence would get my car delivered back to me by the end of the day, but I was wrong. I called Lawrence back at 4pm and left a voicemail regarding the delivery of my car, he did not return my call. I repeatedly called the service center to see when my car was being returned and no one answered. It was extremely disappointing that Lawrence could not effectively communicate when my car was going to be returned. I could not get my daughter to school the following morning because I had no vehicle. If he was unable to get my car returned he should have communicated that to me when he called at 2:30pm. The entire situation was disappointing and could have been avoided with proper communication.
