He is dishonest and spiteful. Will never come back there again. He lied about my estimate for repairs. He lied about unnecessary repirs. He wouldn't release my car even after I gave him verbal approval . Then even after having a three way conversation with my insurance adjuster he lied again and did not release the car to towing company. Just all around horrible service! Does not return phone call's!!!
Lawrence did a great job when I visited for my 8000 mile check. He had a loaner waiting so I could go to lunch and got the check finished (with a wash job) in record time!
