Lawrence was great and this experience I have to say was the BEST car maintenance experience I’ve ever had. I was prepared to wait all-day but it took less than 3 hours! Lawrence explained everything that was done to the car and I felt truly at ease knowing that the car is good. He knew I had a 1.5hr drive just coming here from Santa Rosa and made sure he got my car out as soon as he could. The car wash and cleaning inside was a pleasant surprise. Later that day, a total stranger walked up to me and complimented the car saying how beautiful it is. I love this car and the experience I had with Lawrence really solidifies my plan in getting another genesis in the future.
