I dropped my car off at 8:45 the morning and was told it would be ready by 2:00. By 5:00 I had not received a call or text. I called the service department and the woman who answered couldn't find me in the system even though I provided he with my name, phone number and VIN. I then had to call the sales desk and they forwarded me to the service rep. She said she would call me a Lyft so I could come and get my car. 30 Minutes later I realized that she didn't call a Lyft and I had to call one for myself. I arrived at the service department when it was almost closed. Fortunately someone was there and was able to give me my keys. All around a horrible experience.
My appointment was required to change oil based on 1 year driving. I was told it would take 1.5 - 2 hours which is a stretch for oil change, but it is OK. I arrived at 8:10AM for the service and left at 11:30AM. My point is that 3 hours and 20 minutes is very long for oil change and washing the car. I wish it would take no more than 1.5 hours. Thank you.

Super friendly and professional staff. The lounge has pretty good wifi, so i could work there while waiting for my car. The interior can use some design to give it a more premium look.

Elizabeth was great. What happened had nothing to do with Elizabeth. Genesis must recall vehicles with soy wiring protection because it attracts rats. The more Genesis fails to recognize the elephant in the room, the more serious this can get.

Got good service. In a perfect world, it would be great if response time(s) could be improved.
I was disappointed in the lack of communication while my vehicle was in for service. We had valet service, but the car was away for two full days for a simple 5,000 mile check and a recall. Elizabeth kept referring to the fact that it was incredibly busy. Perhaps more personnel are needed. Service was polite and courteous, but I was annoyed that I spent much of one day waiting to hear if the car would be delivered and not wanting to go out so that I was sure to be home to meet the driver and return the loaner. If I knew in advance I would not get my car for 48+ hours, I would have been able to use my time better.
Customer service team was fantastic. I asked them, and the gentleman who picked up the car, to have the technician check the tire pressure sensor. They said it would be done, seems it was checked on the to to do list. However, 5 minutes into driving my car, it came on again for 5 minutes, then reset itself. I’d appreciate if it were corrected.
