Customer service team was fantastic. I asked them, and the gentleman who picked up the car, to have the technician check the tire pressure sensor. They said it would be done, seems it was checked on the to to do list. However, 5 minutes into driving my car, it came on again for 5 minutes, then reset itself. I’d appreciate if it were corrected.

The communication issues I've encountered on multiple occasions have been quite disappointing and have certainly made me feel undervalued as a customer.
During my last visit, there was confusion about whether I needed to drop off my car or if it would be picked up. I ended up bringing the car in myself today. When I arrived, it wasn't clear what services had been performed, which was frustrating. What was written in the report may make sense to those who work there. For me, this was not something I understood quickly.
I will say that a redeeming experience was Irving. I appreciate Irving's efforts to clarify by speaking with the mechanic and explaining the situation. I know he had other clients, but I appreciated his emotional intelligence in keying on my frustration and disappointment.
I believe a simple proactive communication yesterday from Liz, who was off today, could have significantly improved the experience. A brief text or call would have sufficed.
As a customer of what is branded as a luxury service, I expected a level of care that makes me feel valued, not like an inconvenience.
It would have appreciated more communication to help me set expectations on how long the service period would take. I dropped off my car at 8:15am and did not hear from my rep until the following morning that my car was ready.
It takes way too long. Why do I book an appointment in the morning if you start working on it in the afternoon anyways?

Kevin was great. Very professional. I checked in with him around 8:30. He promised the completion time by 10:30 am. Service was completed and car was washed and ready by 10:15.
