Appreciate Lawrence's communication with updates
Danny and the overall service was great. The problem is that it was next to impossible to talk to a customer service person to schedule my visit. I tried calling multiple times, no one picked up. I left a message, and got no follow up.

Lack of communication. I had a set appointment and it took them 4 hours to complete an oil change and basic service. When my car got out of detailing the team failed to completely dry my car.
Danny was not in communication with me regarding the status of my maintenance. When the valet returned my car to my house there was damage. When I called Danny he had no idea the car was with me. Danny promised to call me the next day with an update at 8:15 - but did not call. I texted him at 8:45 - he called after getting my text. He never updated me on the status of my car at the body shop. When my car was ready he told me I was to work with Service Mgr Mike - Mike had no idea I was told that. Danny promised to provide body shop documentation and that Mike would review with me. Mike again had not been told that - the body shop information was not provided. I had no problem with Mike. All in all it was a bad experience with San Bruno Genesis.
Completely satisfied with my service experience with Lawrence. He was super sweet and down to earth. Made it so I don’t spend so much time waiting. Thank you very much

Danny was extremely attentive and accommodating. I have had some negative experiences with the service department at this dealership in the past, but gave this one more try. Danny made me feel much better about this and I am much more likely to come back now.
Still waiting for a response to my issue. I’ve called now 3 times to follow up. The notifications for service due are incorrect. . I took it in to fix this not to have the car serviced after only 7 months of the prior service. The notifications need to be readjusted.

Great service attention to detail and a pleasure to deal with.
Danny was so welcoming and helpful. I told him I was meeting friends for lunch and he was able to get my car serviced in a timely manner. He was very thorough going over what need to be done and what was done. This is a very thoughtful dealership.
Danny was very pleasant to deal with. Nicely followed up when it was time to come back to the service center. Took his time to explain everything. I didn't feel rushed. He also seemed to have good relationship with his coworkers as he was communicating.
