Appreciate Eric for helping me get my vehicle repaired. He did a good job of communicating with me after initially not hearing back from the shop. While Eric did a fine job, I was not happy that it took 3 days to get a loaner and about 10 days to get my flat tire repaired. Also, initially I could not get a hold of anyone at the services dept. I tried multiple times on different days and basically had to get someone in sales to walk over there and wait for a call back. Finally, I asked them to look at the fan noise as it extremely loud at idle. They said there’s nothing wrong with the engine but acknowledged the sound is unusually loud. There was another GV80 when I went to pick up mine and Eric could hear how loud it was. Anyway, it just seems a little strange that it’s loud but it that loud but It’s ok. Still I would like to have better understood why it’s that way.

Enjoy car. Service has been poor both times I have used the service department. Receptionist doesn’t appear to communicate with service advisor, advisor only contacted me once about the status of my car—was in shop nearly 3 weeks. Getting the welcome to the Genesis family speech when you buy the car, and then apparent indifference for service tends to leave a “bad taste “ in your mouth. Especially after spending what I did for a G90. Thanks, N Grbac
Communication with the dealership was abysmal. I tried text, phone, and voicemail.
The actual repair work was okay, but took a full week longer than it should have.
Outstanding work and Mr. Macias was great to work with.
Communication and keeping me updated was unacceptable. To make matters worse not only weren’t text never return her voicemail box was always full so I couldn’t leave a message. On 2 separate occasions I had to drive to the dealership for updates. A 40 mile round trip to get a status on my vehicle which was at the dealership for over 3 weeks was very frustrating. Granted there were holiday breaks to take into consideration I think the customer experience needs to improve.
Irving did a great job in explaining the condition of my cars battery. He was very friendly.
