Elizabeth shows that she cares about the customer. She greeted me outside when I brought the car in and she kept me informed when she would have any information about my car. This was not a simple oil change or tire rotation. This took time to diagnose a problem with the modem the car uses to communicate with Genesis and the app and she and the technician were determined to figure it out.
Elizabeth is wonderful, she makes it a pleasure to get your car serviced. I hope everybody gets to experience her high level of service. Thank you Elizabeth

Elizabeth’s service was overall good. She was friendly and provided clear explanations, which I appreciated. However, it was a bit disappointing that the responses to emails and phone were not prompt.

I’m getting regular emails with updates that are not related to me like: your car is ready for pick up.
When I responded and asked what it was about, I got no response. Very confusing. It’s ok if it’s a mistake (several times a week) but not responding when I actually do reach back out and respond to the email is not acceptable
The San Bruno Genesis service dept far exceedsed my level of expectation.
I dropped by un announced and without an appointment about a safety issue with my rear view mirror and they took care of the repair while I waited. I greatly appreciate the help and professional way Elizabeth handled my situation. She was caring and continued to keep me updated as to the progress of the repair. They went above and beyond the call of duty, by bringing me a loaner car, even though I live 2 hours away. Kennedy, the young woman who dropped off , and picked up the loaner car could not have been more courteous, and kind.
