Communication on the status of my vehicle was lacking. Elizabeth was out sick, but nobody followed up with me in her absence. I have never felt the level of service was of a luxury brand like Mercedes. I left my car on Tuesday but you didn't start diagnosing the car until Thursday afternoon and it took almost 3 weeks to fix it.

The engine light on my Genesis GV70 suddenly showed up one weekend. I called the Genesis of San Bruno and they were quick to get me an appointment the following week. I absolutely loved the service I got there. Elizabeth Czahar there was very professional which made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I was offered a loaner for the entire week my car was with the dealership. She was quick in ordering the required parts and fixing the issue.
Genesis of San Bruno is my go to service center from now on and Elizabeth is my go to person for any car related queries. I greatly appreciate her dedication and excellent work.
It was amazing. My 7 hour wait was all tolerable thanks to Liz's care and thoughtful explanation and updates. She listened carefully about my situations, resolved most of the issues, uncovered issues unknown to me (chrome oxidization), and made sure to let me know the progress throughout the long process.

Because when I made the appointment for this recall the person I spoke to said they would be ordering my part for the recall. But the find out later on that it was never ordered and now I have to come back again when that is I have no clue, this wasn’t the fault of the service person that took my car in.Its the fault of the individual that first made the appointment.

Elizabeth was great. Very good communication. Lyft back and forth made it easy to drop the car and pick it up.
I had several pending concerns for the car I bought in November, for example I only got one key. After following up with sales for a long timetime to order the spare key, I finally got them to order it. Even the paperwork regarding CPO was never done. I finally went to service once the key arrived. Elizabeth at service was awesome! She took care of all my concerns and I am fully satisfied.
