Was able to get the car in and back on the same day Elizabeth did a great job at communicating with me as well!
From lthe initial call in for service to the immediate response to schedule the service for the following day, to prodding me with my request to have a particular Electrified GV70; then to its delivery and pick up of my GV80

Made no progress on fixing my car. Claimed to have called Hyundai for help but when I picked up there was no record of it. Never answered my calls and called me back maybe half the time. Asked for my car to be brought inside before I picked it up and it was not. The car was also dirty on the interior when I picked it up and no one could find it for 15 mins. I brought my car to Dublin and they identified the issue and ordered a part in 24 hrs. My car was here for almost 3 weeks with no progress. Poor experience all the way around.
None of the service agents are available promptly to answer questions - the front desk folks are very rude. Even though I leave messages and they promise me to call back, there are no call backs and I have to call multiple times to get updates on my car service. My service case was transferred 4 times between different service advisors since they are never available and always on leave
Elizabeth went above and beyond our expectations by getting our vehicle serviced immediately, getting a loaner vehicle to us quickly, and keeping us informed of the service team's progress. She was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with!

We still have an issue with the cold start shudder which was the same issue as the last visit in 2023. I spoke with Ethan about it and he says it is normal even though it was not that way when we bought the car. He said if it gets worse or becomes another issue in the warranty of 100k it would be taken care of. Not sure this is correct. He was very pleasant. Elizabeth was a great intake person. She did everything to help me and made the experience as good as it could be.
Elizabeth is the BEST. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle to any other service provider for my Genesis GV70. Thank again for being “The Best”.

My service appointment was the best experience I’ve ever had. Service department was on time and amazingly efficient. If only all other service departments were run like this one. Elizabeth was awesome. I also received a tutorial regarding how best to utilize my new GV80
