The entire glass replacement process was far from smooth. From day one, when I first reported the damage and began communicating with the representative, I requested a quote to be sent to me by email at least three times. Although he assured me he would send it, I never received anything before he realized a new piece of glass needed to be ordered. At that point, he gave me an estimated timeline of 30 days for the glass to arrive. I understood that pricing might not have been available yet, so I waited for over 30 days. When I didn’t hear back, I tried contacting your team, which was also a frustrating experience in terms of booking and communication. When I was finally able to speak with him again and raised the same issue, his immediate response was, “I’ve never said something like that. I’ve never promised anything for 30 days,” delivered in a rather demanding tone. It’s possible he confused my case with another customer’s, but regardless, that was not a respectful way to respond. It seemed he had lost track of the situation, as he then suggested I bring the car back to the shop for another inspection. Although this was inconvenient and time-consuming, I complied. On the day of the appointment, the team was unable to begin work immediately, which I understand, as you may not be able to keep vehicles overnight. As a result, I had to take the car home and schedule yet another appointment for the actual replacement. On the day of service, my partner dropped off the car and was told it would be ready that same afternoon. However, she received no updates until the end of the day, when she was informed that the job could not be completed and would be continued the next morning. We do appreciate the valet service provided. Additionally, the representative had promised that the interior would be vacuumed and the exterior washed before returning the car. Unfortunately, the car was returned in worse condition than before. Three suggestions for improvement: 1. Please streamline and improve the booking and communication process. 2. A more reliable tracking system may help representatives manage cases more effectively. 3. Please avoid making commitments that cannot be fulfilled.
