This service, I had a number of atypical questions around my GV60 that I was a bit embarrassed to ask. I did anyway. I appreciated the patience and the care my service representative, Lawrence, exercised in helping me sort through my issues. I also appreciated that it was possible to use the service department’s Valet service free of charge. That saved me the time and effort of having to commute down to San Bruno for service.
Danny was very thorough and exhibited excellent customer service skills. Having owned Lexus the past 2 decades, my first encounter with Danny and Genesis exceeded by far the level of service I received at Lexus. Thank you
