Lawrence is a great service advisor! This is my first time coming to San Bruno, since the Stevens Creek location had closed recently. Lawrence immediately made me feel welcome, and assured me my car would be taken care of. I came in mainly for routine maintenance, but I also brought along two concerns for my vehicle. Both of which Lawrence clarified to get the full picture, and then marked down in the work order in great detail, even keeping me updated along the way as the technicians worked on my vehicle. While there were a couple snags while working on my car, (which to be clear, I do not fault Lawrence, the technician, the dealer, or anyone else for that - because I know that not everything can go perfectly smooth), they continued to keep me updated as they worked through it. I am happy to say, that I left satisfied after my appointment, with all my concerns addressed, and maintenance completed. Overall, I would recommend Genesis of San Bruno to anyone, and would argue that it is worth the drive (over an hour for me, coming from Dublin, plus the bridge toll), simply because the service is amazing. Keep up the great work and I look forward to returning soon, whenever that may be, for whatever reason.

The service level that Lawrence Lee provided me was exemplary. Not only did he take terrific care in the servicing of my car; he went the "extra mile" in helping me sort out the best transportation means to get to my business meeting in San Francisco. I believe that Lawrence is deserving of receiving tops marks, as he has set a new standard for my expectation of what great service means.
lawrence was extremely helpful & provided a level of customer service that was above & beyond any that we had previously experienced. despite being hung up on when mistaken as a spam call, he called back with understanding and a sense of humor. he also gave us beneficial information for our future appointments. we truly appreciated his honesty & kindness, compared to that of our sales & finance reps.
Lawrence was courteous,pleasant, and followed up as promised. I felt like I was in good hands and will reach out to him first for my next service.
