This service was the shortest of all that I remember. 6 minutes to leave my car in the service parking lot. After that, I was taken home for free in 14 minutes. And in 1 hour and 40 minutes my car was delivered to my house. The car was very well washed, it was also nice. The whole process took a less than 2 hours. And this is important. Great work of your team.
I was impressed by how Danny approached our maintenance service and further, his acknowledgement of specific need to address what we initially thought was normal wear and tear of our car. As a customer, my car is now back to looking great. If I wear the dealership I’d be happy that a need of the car was addressed prior to it becoming an irreparable issue. I was updated periodically and professionally.
Even though my car had to stay for a few more days than expected, I appreciate how Danny was able to accommodate my busy schedule by having it dropped off at my address instead of making me come back again. He made sure it wasn't sent back to me until it was absolutely ready.
