Service was not "luxury at all" it took 1 hour to check me in because only 1 advisor was working while service manager just scattered and did nothing. Very horrible service. Then they lied about how long it will take and made me waste 3 hours of my time. Will not recommend to anyone!

Doug was courteous from the beginning of our interaction. He understood the value of the investments that people make when choosing the Genesis line versus other options available at the dealership. He took the time to understand my needs and ensured that he answered all of my questions. Knowing that I was between overnight shifts, he adapted his communication style to accommodate my state of fatigue and was very clear about the next steps. He even anticipated when I would return to pick up the car.
