Lawrence provided great service. Told me everything that I should expect and kept me up to date on the status and made sure the car was clean and charged. And the service was done before the promised time.

Lawrence has been polite and respectful .. my comments are for Management of the dealership and the service department based on how the dealership has handled the car issue. This does not reflect in anyway how polite and respectful Laurence himself has been. My other comments reflect the bigger issue of not solving my car’s problem and no one in the escalation chain, seemingly taking care of the issue still.

Genesis of San Bruno is very fortunate to have employed Lawrence Lee in their service department and Jonny Jaing in their sales department. Both of these gentlemen know what customer service mean and they act on that definition. I wouldn’t have made the decision to lease my GV80 if I did not meet Jonny. As this is my service experience, I will definitely return as long as Lawrence Lee is still managing the Genesis service department. Note to management, consider adding more resources so Lawrence can continue to deliver outstanding services otherwise you’ll risk losing customers and market share.

The service was excellent. Lawrence was great very attentive. He explained exactly what was going to happen with all the recalls and all of the technical talk. Made perfect sense to me. He scheduled a lift for me that took me home and scheduled one to pick me up so that I can retrieve my vehicle. Great customer service thank you.
