I was very happy with my customer service rep. He did everything he could to help me. But you have serious customer service issues to deal with. My appointment was at 10:15 am, but I was back in my car around 3pm. I also waited 15 to 20 minutes after arrival before I met with a service rep.It was not his fault as he was meeting with someone else. The young lady at the door was not at all welcoming and didn't even show me which paper to sign in. I know that you are overwhelmed with service appointments because of the rescinding of dealerships in Northern California. Thathowever, does not preclude sensible scheduling for scheduled routine maintenance. Would you happy waiting in a doctor's office for 5 hours?
I love my Genesis and hope to drive it for many years. If you,and Genesis as a brand expect to compete in the luxury market, you will have to do much better than this.

Genesis doesn't honor free maintenance for the first 36K miles if the ownership changes....so they don't care about the customers that drive their cars unless they are the first owners...will never retain or maintain a luxury brand reputation when you behave this cheap
My new Genesis Gv70 had the engine light come on. After I called my sales rep they had me talk to someone who cleared the code remotely. Lawrence reached out to follow up and suggested that I get the car checked to avoid any long term issues down the line. Lawrence went above and beyond to make sure that my car was serviced even though the check engine light was gone. He made the whole process very smooth for me, arranged a loaner vehicle and valet service and had my car back to me within a few hours to service my car.
Doug Robinson did an excellent job. He kept me informed and arranged to obtain the part so the car could be fixed in a shorter time. He arranged to have the car delivered to my home which was much appreciated.
Service and valet was all prompt and on time. All staff were courteous and friendly
