Mr Lawrence Lee was very personable and did a good job. I encourage you to teach your employees to not call your clients by rheur first name, especially if they are seniors.

Your service, politeness, concern for the problem and its solution were excellent. In addition, your picking up, leaving a loaner car and then returning my car directly to my home was great. One detail made it just less than fully satisfactory. My car was returned with just 16 miles of range left. I was expected to replace the gas in the loaner vehicle, which I did not drive, but you returned mine empty. Please consider this in the future. Thanks.
