Lawerence is great has always been very attentive and professional. Kevin Kung is unprofessional and rude. I was given a Honda to drive when I drive a Genesis which I was grateful to have a cat.

Even though Ben recently started, he should be able to pull a car’s record to see the history and reason for visit.
I am not pleased with the customer service for the misalignment after my last visit and the lack of acknowledgment to resolve he issue that was caused by the rotation of tires at the last visit.
I am not please Ben said they will not charge me to correct the issue that the service dept caused in the first place.
And I am very upset it took over 1.5 yrs to resolve paint chipping away on my car all on its own.
