Even though Ben recently started, he should be able to pull a car’s record to see the history and reason for visit.
I am not pleased with the customer service for the misalignment after my last visit and the lack of acknowledgment to resolve he issue that was caused by the rotation of tires at the last visit.
I am not please Ben said they will not charge me to correct the issue that the service dept caused in the first place.
And I am very upset it took over 1.5 yrs to resolve paint chipping away on my car all on its own.
Ben was great. However, two tires were low and the low tire pressure light came on. Now I can't get the indicator to go off. Also, I get the message that my car needs ser

Apparently it wasn't reset.
Ben is a problem solver with customer service as his priority.

Yes I’m very happy with the serviced that I received today from Lawrence or Larry Lee. From the time I walked in to the door until I picked up my vehicle. Larry was a top notch helping me and provided everything I needed for my vehicle. This is one of the reason I will come back and will definitely refer to others whenever they need servicing with their vehicle.

Lack of communication between the dealership and myself. I had to reach out every couple of days to get an update. The repair took over 3 weeks. The exterior of the car was not clean, the work order said the car was washed.
The two young new faces, Ben and Lawrence, were very kind to me and clients in general. Very willing and proactive to serve their customets.
San Bruno Genesis is the Best. The customer service made me feel very special and and that I matters as a customer. That happens to be extremely important to me. Many thanks to Lawrence and Richard….

Yes I was fully and completely satisfied, my vehicle was done in such a timely manner and the customer service experience was deloghtful, it's always a pleasure to come and get my car serviced for all needs here at Genesis of San Bruno
The service took much longer than estimated. Was quoted 1.5hrs, but ended up closer to 4hrs.
It did take sometime for someone to come up to me to help. I had to go to somebody to ask for attention.
