No follow up or updates on status of my car on the day of service. No response to three texts from me that afternoon asking about status and whether I would get my car back that day. (I didn’t and no one told me I wouldn’t.) Busy signal on the number the text came from when I tried to call. He was more responsive to texts the next morning. Two out of ten on my rating scale. Not just him. My overall experience with service at Genesis of San Bruno has been negative. This includes communications, customer interface at the service center and the App and MyGenesis not being properly synced. You’re making excellent cars, but I’m having a harder time recommending you if the service experience doesn’t improve significantly in the next few months.

The valet service was beyond my expectation. I knew at every point who and where my pickup person was, along with a picture of him and the type of vehicle he was arriving in. Retuning the vehicle was similar and very professional. I’d give this service a 12 out of 10. ????
