I live 70 miles from the service department. We need a closer Genesis dealer for service. If not, then valet pick up of our vehicle would be the only way I’d keep using Genesis of San Bruno.
Once at San Bruno Genesis service was cordial and it took 3 hours opposed to the two hours I was told on phone. Which in turn made me late for all my appointments thereafter. Otherwise Lawrence was very cordial and nice to work with.
Every time when I come to service my GV70 I receive VIP service and attention fron Elizabeth. She is always polite, positive, and professional knowledge.
