Liz is great! She spotted a serious problem with our old tires which needed replacing and worked with us on getting our damaged wheels done by your welding shop. She’s always a pleasure to work with!
Elizabeth went above and beyond with our recent service visit. Although the issue is yet to be resolved, Elizabeth was fantastic! The usual rub on Genesis is "Cars are great, service is terrible", but I've yet to find that to be true.

We purchased our Genesis in Santa Rosa CA but service there is no longer available! So much for concierge service ????♀️
We have to drive 60+ miles around an hour n a half each way for recalls n service. Very very very inconvenient. If you can correct that we’d be most appreciative.

Liz did an amazing job and was super helpful! She was honestly one of the best customer service people I have had in a while. She made me really want to come back and made an originally difficult process very seamless and enjoyable. Liz is the best and is the main reason I will be coming back.
