I was informed when the driver will pick up my car and will be bring it back. He was on time. The service tech send me a text explaining what will be done to the car and when the work was completed I received a note that the listed work was completed. Everything was done professionally. I was very satisfied

David who picked up and delivered my vehicle was kind, detailed and I really appreciated his service. Richard was also helpful with scheduling the courtesy car. The service team has failed me on multiple occasions. They had my car for more than 3 weeks and I only received one call the first week with an update that they were still trying to diagnose the problem. I reviewed my invoice and the diagnosis was a missing bolt on the AC bracket. It was special ordered on 9/4 and my vehicle was returned to me on 9/5. Does it take 3 weeks and 4 attempts over 4 months to replace a bolt on a brand new car? I would not recommend Genesis to anyone based on the service experience I have had to date. It has been very poor for a luxury vehicle.
