My last experience with Genesis of San Bruno wasn't great, but everything went smoothly this time. I was in and out quickly. Lawrence was very professional and explained things well.

Lawrence was great. Whole team was responsive and on it. That's the expectation but it wasn't the case the last time. Last time it was horrendous. So you deserve to be commended for the vast improvement. Fix your phone system and get a real person to answer the phones. The phone situation was as bad as last time. Needs a lot of work. Shouldn't be a hard fix. Pay to have people support the staff. They are the front line and if the process starts out poorly you are already in a losing position.
