Liz did an amazing job and was super helpful! She was honestly one of the best customer service people I have had in a while. She made me really want to come back and made an originally difficult process very seamless and enjoyable. Liz is the best and is the main reason I will be coming back. She deserves a raise or something for her hard work and dedication to her work.

Lawrence was great. Whole team was responsive and on it. That's the expectation but it wasn't the case the last time. Last time it was horrendous. So you deserve to be commended for the vast improvement. Fix your phone system and get a real person to answer the phones. The phone situation was as bad as last time. Needs a lot of work. Shouldn't be a hard fix. Pay to have people support the staff. They are the front line and if the process starts out poorly you are already in a losing position.
