If there is a backlog and you’re not going to finish service at the time you said it would be done, please update the customer as soon as possible. There are customers who travel a considerable distance to get to the service center and it’s important to communicate clearly, so as to not waste their time.

Sherry greeted me with a smile. She looked over my appointment and went over what I needed. She explained what they would be doing and told me how long it would be. She offered a ride back home. When done she texted me my car was ready. Perfect.
George was great! He was friendly,efficient and remained calm although the system was down and people were upset.
I was happy with how George communicated the issues with our vehicle and how understanding he was when we needed it to get finished quickly.
