Hello,
I took 2 cars (2016 hybrid sonata and 2015 genesis) into service. Irving took very good care of service maintenance on my vehicles. He was very patient and knowledgeable on my request. The service center finally have adequate staffs to support customers. When your dealership first open business last year in San Bruno, there was not enough staffing to handle all the service intakes. Service advisor was very rude and stress out and did a half **** job like a corner mechanic. It was like going into old Sears and getting terrible service.
Now, in my recent service visiting, Irving Macias was very professional and knowledgeable on my request. I am 100 percent satisfied on service request.

Kevin was amazing. He was communicative, explained what needed to be done, kept me up-to-date. Kevin was knowledgeable which kept me at ease. No one likes talking with service reps. that can’t explain what’s going on. I lease my vehicles and have dealt with a good handful of dealership service departments and by far, this was the BEST customer service experience.
Elizabeth was so patient and understanding. I have pretty high anxiety so leaving my car anywhere, sadly, including a service center, makes me really nervous. Time to go over everything and kept reminding me that she was available if I had any questions or anything like that.
She was super professional, communicated well, and was so pleasant and knowledgeable. First rate service

Elizabeth was wonderful in keeping me informed about the status of the repairs to my car. The TPMS seemed to cause stress for all those involved, but the team worked diligently to fix the problem. We all hope it has been resolved.
Elizabeth was very nice during pickup. She had everything ready for me once I arrived. I did the early drop off and it was fast.
He is the perfect customer interface, courteous, patient,accurate and polite. Hope the whole team is a copy of him.
I am not happy because they took too long to get my car fixed . Since February 20 till April 24 I finally got my car back. My second representative Irving Marcus was very supportive and trued everything he could to accommodate me. But Hyundai dealer refused to give me a loaner or a rental during this whole time.
She was kind, clear, and efficient. Thank you!

Irving was precise, helpful and honest. Definitely appreciated the effort and service provided.
We were told one of the main issues we brought the car in for servicing was fixed and ok and that is not the case. I feel not listened to and taken advantage of for the $2200 bill with issues that were not addressed even though I was told everything was in good shape and addressed. Not the right way to do business. Please contact me so that the car can be fixed properly as this safety issue continues.
