When I made an appointment, I was told that someone would call to tell me the length. Didn't happen. I received a reminder text and replied with how long would the appointment be. I rushed to get my 11:30 appointment, only to sit for 25 minutes. Then I was told that it would be 5 hours until my car was ready.

Blake was a rare find and absolute professional during the years I’ve got to deal with car maintenance. Super friendly and super patient, knowledgeable yet still maintain a good humor even when he was the only person in the store taking care of customers. Will go back for sure even just for him. Very satisfied.

I requested a loaner car when I made the appt as I had commitments in the afternoon and needed transportation. Once we went through the whole checkin process and ready to leave so my car could get the software update. I was told there wasn't a loaner car available and it was suggested that I could leave and reschedule my appointment. I had rearranged my work schedule and wasted my time coming to the appointment and then leaving with no service. I was offered a ride home, but again, I had commitments and assumed I would have transportation so going home wasn't an option. In the multiple text confirmations I could have been told there wasn't a car available or it could have been one of the first things I was told, so I could have made other arrangements. I still need the software update so will need to come back, but after this will reconsider where I will continue to get service for my vehicle.
Once I was able to speak to a service manager my experience was smooth. However, I waited over half an hour past my appointment time (10 am) and someone with an appointment time at 10:30 was taken before me, which was deeply frustrating.
Additionally, when I drove up no one was there to tell me where to park my car so I was confused in the totally full parking lot for 5 minutes before just giving up and blocking some cars in.

Blake had the best customer service I have received at Hyndai. He took his time answering my questions and explaining specific questions I had. I also noticed he treated every customer ahead of me with kindness and showed genuine care. I left very satisfied with his services.
