My car was at the dealership for 1 week and Aherry made no effort to keep me updated on anything related to my vehicles progress.
Wonderful customer service. Very helpful and informative.
Sherry was friendly and efficient, answered my questions, and made me feel welcome. This is my second time at your service center, and I was a little hesitant because of the negative reviews. So far, I’m very pleased and hope I continue to be. Thanks.
Thank you so much to Iosefo! He went above and beyond in explaining to me how the service worked, answering my questions, letting me know the best way to continue maintenance, and making the service as speedy as possible.
Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at an auto repair facility.
John Su and his Service team are really so helpful and efficient. Most courteous and helpful.
I had a pleasant experience with Sherry Pandora . She was knowledgeable & experienced in her job .
Both Bob and George were very helpful and friendly.
George was great! Great communication and customer service!
The team was very helpful and took care of us from start to finish! Thank you!
It was peel of paint on Sonata Hyundayu 2017 in saveral places (roof, hood rail etc) Recalls on paint was expired, but Hyunday extend warranty and local body shop AW Collisiom did new paintings in couple weeks, but took several months by
Hyunday..Very expances I'd paid $686 about 10% from total. George as a service manager did his part of job.
Danny was wonderful and came and helped me after I had been waiting for more than 15 minutes and had been completely ignored by the 2hyundai representatives. His Genesis associate (Michael?) also was great and very kind and helpful. Based on the Genesis treatment I would return, but given the way I was ignored by the Hyundai representatives I will look for somewhere else for service. I will also say that it is almost impossible to get in touch with anyone to make a service appointment. I called several times and left messages and never heard back.
Your appointment team contacted me twice, once to schedule the appointment and a second time because they didn’t know that I had already scheduled. It was the same person! On two consecutive days! Did not inspire confidence.
Well, my appointment was at 11. I pulled up and surprised the three workers at the desk who were on their phones. My keys were taken and I was told to have a seat and wait inside, someone will call me. 25 minutes later, I was still sitting there. I had to ask what was going on. Finally I was seen closer to 11:30. Danny explained that the Hyundai folks were a bit behind and he’s a genesis person but he’s helping. Hint: I don’t give a damn.
I was told to expect the car at 3pm, “at the extreme” because he didn’t like to say a closer time to set expectations. Understandable. I jokingly said, “but at 3pm I’m going to call you…”. He said not to worry. He doesn’t like to make customers wait, especially if it’s that long. He would contact
ME, if it was going to be longer.
I went to get lunch, visited a nearby cafe, do some work etc. at 2pm, I looked at the location of the car on my phone. It had not moved since it was moved at 11:27. Still sitting in the garage. I walked over to the service center and sat down and waited. And waited. I finally saw that my car had been moved closer to 2:30. Now, if you promised the customer that if it was going to be longer than 3pm and you knew that this car had not been moved by 1:30, you’d…say something, right? Nope. 3pm, passed, no car, no call, no acknowledgement. It wasn’t until 3:30 that Danny came over to apologize and say some absolute BS about how diagnostics sometimes take longer than expected. You had my car for THREE HOURS before it was moved. Whatever. I start tracking my car religiously now. I had already seen it was in the car wash area long before Danny came over. The car then came to rest in the parking lot at 3:45. Where’s Danny? Nowhere. 3:50, 3:55, 4:00. You would think that as soon as 3 hit, or at the worst when he came to me, that he would find out what was going on with the car. I wonder if I went and drove it off the lot, if anyone would have noticed.
Finally, I just decided that I was going to be an **** customer. If you want to **** with me then I’m going to be unreasonable. I stood in the middle of that service center and shouted that I want the keys now and that I know it’s ready. I will drive the car off the lot and you can mail me the keys later. This sent folks into a panic. They couldn’t find the paperwork (it was on the desk) and I had to wait longer while they finish.
And then, at some point, Danny had to have figured out he screwed up right? I made such a big scene that someone would’ve told him when he reappeared what happened. And he must’ve known that I would’ve been waiting, right? He has my phone number. No acknowledgment after the fact at all.
I spent five hours for an appointment at 11am. What was the point of the appointment? The car wasn’t taken in until 2:30.
Now, I had to do this maintenance because of the lease, but I have another Hyundai Ioniq hybrid that has been serviced by you in the past. There have been communication issues before, but nothing like this. I have an appointment for December for that car but may consider taking it elsewhere. I have to set it for 7:30 so that I might get it back faster. I don’t trust any appointment in the middle of the day. Can you keep those appointments? Does the appointment team even know what’s going on? It’s not worth my stress or my self-respect to be lied to.
Straight to the point and helpful when asked.
