It’s a busy day when I arrived for my appt. at 0930 to get service. I’ve waited for about 20 min. before I was called by Oscar. He explained what needs to be done. He asked me if I needed a ride home. I have a ride waiting. He promised to call me when the car was ready. Great job.

Took 45 minuted to be checked-in. Agent was unpardonable. I noticed other customers being pampered with a car wash and cleaning and having their cars charged. None was done for me. Overall very disorganized place.

Actually as my wife was driving away on the freeway, the steering wheel and seats began vibrating and became difficult to steer, she had to drive via the backroads back to the dealership and fix whatever was done wrong when they did the wheel alignment. And now we are without our car as it is being repaired.
